A historic landmark in the countryside, the Flamingo Conference Resort and Spa offers guests a central location between the beautiful Sonoma Wine Country and the Pacific Ocean. Staying true to its name, the property houses 13,000 sq. ft. of meeting and conference space and includes a Grand Ballroom, two boardrooms and a poolside patio. But all of this wouldn't be complete without a Meeting Planner Package, of course-and it's a good one:
Weekday rates begin at $149 per person, per night and
weekends at $179 per person, per night; they include accommodations, general session meeting room rental, group continental breakfast, morning and evening coffee, beverage breaks, lunch, health club and spa admission, one comp room for every 20 rooms used on weekdays (one for every 25 on weekends) and one upgrade to a suite or Executive King room. It's an all-in-one package for groups using 10 or more guest rooms with a two night minimum stay. Also available as add-ons are group winery tastings, winery tours and team-building activities at local Sonoma wineries. With this all-inclusive deal, you can relax in-between meetings and really enjoy that glass of wine when they're done.

Sonoma County Fair
My niece's wedding reception / baby shower was held at this resort and it was quite delightful. She had a sit down dinner and dancing for 200; the room was plenty large enough, the food (a Mexican buffet) was hot and delicious; the catering and bar staff were very helpful and pleasant.
The entire weekend at The Flamingo was fantastic – we could not be happier with the rooms, service, food, and the responsiveness we saw on Sunday morning at the Brunch… to help us feed those extra folks. It’s been a pleasure working with you.
