Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 11am.

A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Please note that a $100 nightly hold will be placed on your card for incidentals.

Mask Policy & COVID-19 Protocol

The safety of our guests and employees is paramount. Masks are no longer required but encouraged for indoor settings.

We will continue to adhere to current COVID-19 protocols set by the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control; and state and local guidelines. To learn more about the practices we have implemented, please visit our Wellbeing Promise (COVID-19 Protocol) page for more information.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is provide automatically every other day. Should you need fresh towels, trash service, or anything else for your room, please contact our Guest Services Team by dialing “0” on your room phone, or call 707-545-8530.

What is the nearest airport?

Commercial airline service runs at nearby Santa Rosa Airport (STS) which is only 15 minutes from the resort. Check out Avelo and Alaska Airlines which offer regular schedules from Los Angeles and San Diego to STS. More flight options are available at San Francisco Airport (SFO), 1 hour and 20 minute drive; Oakland (OAK), 1 hour and 15 minute drive; and Sacramento (SMF), a 2-hour drive.

Smoking & Cannabis Policy

Flamingo Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking in any room or on a balcony will result in a $250 cleaning fee. While cannabis is legal for recreational use in California, smoking cannabis is not permitted in any room or on any balcony, and is only allowed in designated smoking areas which are indicated on your Resort Map.

Is your hotel pet-friendly?

Dogs are the only pets permitted to stay at the hotel. With your reservation, your furry family-member will receive a doggie bag of goodies including a Flamingo collapsible water bowl, and waste bag holder. We charge a pet fee of $50/dog per day with a maximum of two dogs per guest room. Please read our Dog Policy Agreement that guests are required to sign at check-in.

What are your pool hours?

Our main pool is heated, and open from 6am – 10pm, year-round.

Is there a pool area code of conduct?

Yes, we ask all of our guests to acknowledge the pool rules as follows:

  1. No outside food or beverage is permitted in the pool area.
  2. No smoking of any kind.
  3. Dogs are not permitted in the pool area unless they are a certified service animal.
  4. No pool floats, noodles, or balls in the pool.
  5. No diving or cannon balls.
  6. No glass.
  7. Chaise lounges are first come, first serve.
  8. Lounge chairs cannot be left unattended for more than 1 hour.
  9. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do you offer day passes for the pool?

Each hotel guest receives a wristband at time of check-in which must be worn to access the pool. Additional day passes for non-hotel guests are not offered at this time.

Do you have a restaurant?

Flamingo Lazeaway Club serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Click HERE to see menus and hours. We also serve Wild Bird poolside dining. Click HERE for menus.

Do you have resort quiet hours?

Quiet hours are in place from 10p – 7a.

What are the spa hours? How do I book a service?

Our full-service spa is open Wednesday-Saturday, 10a – 5p and Sunday, 10a – 2p. You can view a spa menu HERE. To book a spa service, please call 707-303-3313 during operating hours.

What is the fee for extra adults in a room?

Rates are based on 2 adults per room. Additional guests are charged $20 per night, plus tax. Children under 12 stay free with existing bedding and an accompanying adult.

Do you offer rollaway beds?

We have a limited number of rollaway beds that can be rented for $35 per night. Reservations are first come, first serve. Please contact our Guest Services Team to reserve a rollaway bed as they do not fit in every room type. Do you have mini-bars, microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms?

Each room has a refrigerator, but there are no mini-bars or microwave ovens.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancelling a reservation must be done within 48 hours of arrival to avoid a penalty charge of one night’s room rate and tax. Please note, if you’ve booked through an online agency like Expedia or Booking.com, you will need to cancel your reservation directly through them, within their allotted time frame.

What are your taxes and fees?

We charge a daily Resort Fee of $35 per room, plus tax. Please visit our Amenities page for a complete list of inclusions. Total taxes are 14.2% and broken down as follows:
Occupancy Tax: 9%,
County Tourism Tax: 3%
CA Tourism Tax: 0.195%
Santa Rosa BZ Assessment: 2%

Is there a fee to use the internet?

Access to WiFi is included in your Resort Fee.

How do I sign up for your offers/newsletter?

Subscribe to our newsletters on the footer of our website below. Enter your email address in the allotted space under “Subscribe for Email Offers” and hit subscribe. An email will be sent asking you to confirm your subscription. Be sure to click the “Subscribe” button in the email and you will start receiving messages about upcoming events and resort offers.
