    Next Friday, September 13th, we will host a Welcome Back Social during Open Play from 4-6pm. Stop in and join the fun! Heidi Heller, our resident Pickleball Coach and player extraordinaire, will be available from 4-4:30p for a Beginners Intro clinic. Sip a little bubbly and nibble on bites, while you socialize with other Club members who love all things Pickleball!

    Please submit a picture of your weekly step totals and any completed bonus tasks via email to mmassey@pyramidglobal.com by the Monday 9:00 AM cutoff time!

    Week 1: Base Camp 1

    Choose Your Difficulty Level Below and Complete The Given Steps For The Week to Reach Base Camp 1:

    • Beginner: 35,000 steps
    • Intermediate: 49,000 steps
    • Advanced: 63,000 steps
    • Pro: 77,000 steps

    Bonus Points Challenge (1,000 extra): Take a selfie on your favorite cardio machine and submit it with your step totals for the week! *Fitness Tip: Try leveling up to a more challenging machine: Elliptical (Level 1), Treadmill (Level 2), or StairMaster (Level 3).


    Week 2: Camp 2

    Choose Your Difficulty Level Below and Complete The Given Steps For The Week to Reach Camp 2:

    • Beginner: 39,000 steps
    • Intermediate: 53,000 steps
    • Advanced: 67,000 steps
    • Pro: 81,000 steps

    Bonus Points Challenge (1,000 extra): Take a photo of yourself with your favorite piece of gym equipment!


    Week 3: Camp 3

    Choose Your Difficulty Level Below and Complete The Given Steps For The Week to Reach Camp 3:

    • Beginner: 42,000 steps
    • Intermediate: 56,000 steps
    • Advanced: 70,000 steps
    • Pro: 84,000 steps

    Bonus Points Challenge (1,000 extra): Snap a photo with your gym buddy or with one of our staff members.


    Week 4: Summit Peak

    Choose Your Difficulty Level Below and Complete The Given Steps For The Week to Reach The Summit Peak!

    • Beginner: 45,000 steps
    • Intermediate: 59,000 steps
    • Advanced: 73,000 steps
    • Pro: 87,000 steps

    Bonus Points Challenge (1,000 extra): Take a photo next to the leaderboard, pointing to your name to celebrate your way to the summit! *Fitness Tip: For an extra push, try the hardest cardio machine you've faced so far.
